For the church to become strong and healthy, local believers must be trained to lead the church. Churches typically need a variety of leaders to build up the church and serve the community.

Gifts encouraged and developed for edifying the church and meeting needs in the community

Leaders practice 2 Timothy 2:2; training others to reproduce new cell and/or house churches

Appointing Elders & Leaders

Steps must be taken so that the fellowship becomes a healthy and reproducing indigenous church—that is, leadership development and installation. Leadership development is now the main work of the team.
