Reproducing churches through moving into missions.
This is the Seventh Stage and is focused on enabling the multiplication of churches among the target group and beyond. The goal is to work with local believers to establish a church planting movement. Church leaders now have vision for sending teams into other ethnic groups or other countries for evangelism and church planting.

Great Commission Vision is Imparted

Vision developed to plant churches beyond local area. Unreached communities and unreached peoples or tribes are identified, whether in-country or out of country. This is done through research and perhaps consultancies from people who do this kind of research.

The vision is shared with local churches towards development of a burden. This is done through sharing the information with church leaders, through conferences, through prayer conferences, literature, and other means.

Vision is made practical through mobilization of churches to identify young people being called by God, recognized through their gifts and service.

Cross-cultural training programs are developed to prepare these young people for cross-cultural ministry. Ideally this is done both through classroom instruction and on-field experience in cross-cultural settings to enable skills to be learned and personal traits to be developed. Young people may also have to learn how to develop strategic business platforms that enable them to enter new communities and connect with the local people.

Structures for sending may have to be developed to enable oversight and member-care of the young people they send.

Ideally, missionary teams are sent to the target peoples. These missionary teams have learned to work together before they are sent to new fields.

Missionary teams are trained not only in starting new churches but in thinking, planning, and moving towards multiplying movements of believers.

Sending churches are careful to regularily support, pray for, and back their missionaries and missionary teams.
