Stage 6: A Church Planting Movement Begins, Grows and is Sustained

By this time the missionary will have been working with local evangelists training them in the same essentials that he/she has practiced for evangelism, church-planting, and leadership development from Stages 4 and 5 above.However, by this stage, local evangelists are already doing this on their own.The missionary is available to encourage, pray with, work alongside, be available to help occasionally, counsel, help with problem-solving if needed (though in most cases, local evangelists know how to handle local problems better than the missionary), nurture through classes, conferences, personal training, prayer and fasting sessions, financial aid (occasionally), and expressions of biblical love.
